Thank you for an interesting video. I am Norwegian. In Norway it is strictly illegal to ask whether someone is pregnant or want to raise children during an interview.

『日本における男女格差の話』というトピックを選んでくださってありがとうございました。そして、有紀先生は不平等の体験も話してくださっても有難うございました。そんな真面目なトピックは本当に興味深いです。また、日本が好きなみなさんにも大切なトピックだと思います。その動画は上級向けなので、聞き取りがほぼ中級レベルに上がる私はいくつかの動画の部分が理解できなそうだったけど、重点が分かりました。もう一回何回も見てみています。とても面白いんです。
